This policy explains how Brixton Cleaning (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, request a price, book a service or respond to one of our ads, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email and the address(es) for the job.
• Your answers to our quote questions, the price shown, and the date and time you choose.
• Payment status of any deposit. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Information from ad lead forms you submit on Facebook or Instagram (name, phone, email and your answers).
• How you use this site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scroll, which booking steps you reach, the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters and Facebook click ID), your device type and approximate country.

Cookies and tracking

We use a first-party cookie with a random visitor ID to understand which ads and pages lead to bookings, and to remember where you came from. If you submit your contact details, earlier visits from the same browser are linked to your enquiry so we know how you found us.

If enabled, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you submit an enquiry or make a booking we send Meta an event with a one-way encrypted (hashed) copy of your email and phone number so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.

Visitors are asked for consent first. Until you accept, we set no tracking cookies and record no visits or events, and no data is sent to Meta. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

How we use it

• To give you a price, arrange and carry out your booking, and contact you about it by phone or email.
• To call you back if you asked for a price but didn't finish booking.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business: our booking platform and its hosting and database providers, Stripe (payments), our email provider, Meta (ad measurement, as described above) and the marketing agency that manages our ads and bookings. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Detailed website activity (visits and events) is deleted after 90 days; daily totals without personal details are kept longer. Enquiries and bookings are kept as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations.

Your rights
