Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a service with Brixton Cleaning through this website or by phone.

Prices

The price shown online is based on the answers you give. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described (for example more rooms, items or distance), we will agree any change with you before starting.

Deposits and payment

To secure your date we take a deposit of £40, paid securely by card through Stripe. The deposit is deducted from your final price. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.

Cancellations and changes

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or move your booking.

Arrival times

Arrival windows are estimates. We will contact you if we are running late. Please make sure we can access the property at the booked time.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Please report any problem to us promptly so we can put it right.
